Zillah's historic Teapot Dome officially has a new home. Crews moved the teapot Tuesday morning to a spot next to the civic center on First Avenue in Zillah.
At last check, the city had about $2,500 to move the famous Teapot Dome service station, which is a far cry from the $200,000 or more they'll need to move it to a new piece of property downtown.
A tuscan theme and a giant teapot. These two things may not sound like they fit , but they're exactly what the city of Zillah wants downtown and they'll find a way to bring the two concepts together.
